Try chunking them. Chunking simply means grouping together information into manageable chunks, so you can use them to effectively achieve the outcome you desire without stress.

Take a sheet of paper and right everything out that you need to do, this in its self will help you off load from your mind. Then take each task and chunk them together for each area of your life.
